THE PROJECT.

Together with you, we want to create something that has never before existed in Europe, if not the world: the first freely accessible, public spiritual temple that welcomes people of all cultures, traditions and spiritual paths. 

 As a non-profit association (ASBL) and an international spiritual community, we carry within us a vision that is greater than ourselves: to create a sacred place where the wisdom and spiritual traditions of our world are not separated, but united and made visible. 

A temple where different paths can coexist side by side.
A place of encounter, prayer, magic, healing and spiritual development.
A place for all people, regardless of origin, religion or tradition.

But such a place does not come into being on its own.
It is created by people who believe in this vision.

And that is precisely why we invite you to become part of this story. 

“Axis Mundi” is Latin and means the centre of the world.
And that is precisely what this temple will become: a spiritual heart, a place of strength, grounding, self-discovery and encounter.

A place where respect, tolerance and genuine spiritual freedom are practised towards every person, every culture, every faith and every spiritual or occult practice.

Many spiritual people dream of building temples. Yet in Europe, and perhaps even worldwide, there is no publicly accessible spiritual temple with no admission fee that welcomes all traditions. The Axis Mundi Temple will be exactly that.

A place where humanity’s historical, cultural and spiritual heritage is not divided, but united.
 
A sanctuary where traditions such as Hellenism, Hinduism, Christianity, Ásatrú, Sumerian spirituality, Yoruba, Voodoo, Hoodoo, Kimbanda, Umbanda, Buddhism, Shenism, Shintoism, Ars Goetia and many other paths will find their place. Not in competition, but in harmony, respect and mutual recognition.

The Axis Mundi Temple is intended to be a space where spiritual and cultural practitioners are visible and supported, a place for rituals, celebrations, encounters and exchange.

A place where people can be authentically themselves without being judged, marginalised or misunderstood. A place where we can connect, meditate, learn, heal and grow together. 

A sanctuary for the entire world. A temple for humanity. 

The Axis Mundi Temple is not being built to convince people of religion or spirituality.
It is being built to remind us of something that humanity has long carried within itself, yet has so often forgotten.

At their core, all spiritual paths in the world share the same values: love. Unity. Respect.

The realisation that every culture, every tradition and every single person has a place in this world. That every path holds its own truth and that every person deserves to be seen, heard and respected. 

This project is more than a building made of stone. It is a symbol of what becomes possible when we stop dividing ourselves.

A place that reminds us that, despite all our differences, we are part of the same humanity.
The Axis Mundi Temple is intended to bring this awareness back into the world, not for a brief moment, not for a single generation, but permanently.

A place that shows future generations that unity can be stronger than division. Respect stronger than fear and oppression. Love and recognition stronger than anything that has ever divided us.

The Axis Mundi Temple is more than just a place of spirituality. It is a symbol of what is possible.
A sanctuary for people seeking their path, discovering their spirituality, or simply needing a place where they can be who they truly are.

Yet at the same time, this temple is also a statement to the world: if people from the most diverse cultures, religions, spiritual paths and backgrounds can come together under one roof in respect and harmony, then this demonstrates a simple truth:
That our world, too, is capable of this.

All too often in human history, people have been divided, oppressed and fought in the name of religion, ideology or faith. But the truth is:

It was not gods, demons or spiritual forces that created these conflicts.
It was human ego, fear and greed for power, hidden behind the name of a higher power.

The Axis Mundi Temple stands for a different future.

A future in which spirituality does not divide but unites. A future in which different paths are allowed to coexist, without fear, without judgement, without exclusion.

As a community, we want to help bring this awareness back into the open and create a place that shows that unity is not a utopia, but a choice.

A choice that we can make together.

And that is precisely why this project needs people like you.

The Axis Mundi Temple is not merely a dream. It is a life’s work. 

People from different countries, cultures, age groups and spiritual traditions have been working together for months to make this vision a reality. An international community of practitioners, artists, healers and seekers, united by a shared vision: to create a place that connects us all. 

And now the moment is upon us when this vision becomes reality. Together with you. 

This project is not a ‘maybe’ and not an experiment. It is the first step towards something greater. 

The first step towards a future with greater awareness, greater respect and greater freedom. 

A place that is not merely being built, but one that inspires a movement. A movement of people who believe that our world can be more peaceful, more respectful and more conscious. 

And that is precisely why this temple is being built. 

For all of us. 

We live in an age where spirituality is more visible than ever before. New books, rituals, consultations and content on spiritual topics are emerging everywhere. Many people speak of a great transformation, of a new consciousness that is set to change our world.

But words alone do not bring about change.

True transformation only begins when people start to take action. The Axis Mundi Temple is precisely that step.

Our community consists of practitioners from different traditions and cultures – people who have been walking their spiritual path for years with heart, discipline and dedication, and who consciously champion authenticity, responsibility and respect within the spiritual scene.

We believe that spirituality must be more than just words or content on the internet.

It must become visible, tangible and real. The Axis Mundi Temple is our contribution to this.

A place that shows that spiritual practice does not exist solely on an individual level, but can also create community. A place that proves that people from different paths can build something great together.

The change that so many speak of does not simply fall from the sky. It begins with people who are ready to create it.

With us. With you. Now.

The Axis Mundi Temple is not a private project. 

It does not belong solely to our association, nor is it the property of our community alone. 

It is intended to be a public, freely accessible space – a place where everyone is welcome, provided they treat other cultures, faiths and spiritual paths with respect. 

A place for gathering, tranquillity, exchange, rituals and spiritual practice. 

However, a project of this scale cannot be carried out by just a few people alone. 
Building such a temple requires time, resources and the support of many people who believe in this vision. 

That is precisely why we are reaching out to you. For this temple is not to be created by us alone, but by a community of people from all over the world who, together, demonstrate that respect, unity and spirituality have a firm place in our society. 

With the donations raised, we would like to purchase a large historic mansion in the border region of France and transform it into the Axis Mundi Temple. 

This region offers ideal conditions: large, historic buildings are comparatively affordable there, and the future temple will be accessible within just 15 to 25 minutes from Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium. This will create a central hub for people from all over Europe. 

France,  particularly the Moselle region, is also characterised by a high degree of religious and cultural tolerance. Establishing such a spiritual place there is not only legally possible, but is also socially accepted and respected. 

According to current plans, the Axis Mundi Temple will be an extraordinary place of spiritual diversity:
Over 20 rooms will house more than 60 altars featuring over 150 deities, spirits and spiritual forces from a wide variety of cultures and traditions.

The temple is not merely to be built; it is to stand the test of time. 

For this reason, we, Ben Aidoneus and Max Mystic, founders of Temple of Axis Mundi ASBL, will also be taking up residence in a small staff flat within the building.
 
Ben will serve as priest and director of the temple, whilst Max will act as administrator and caretaker, ensuring that this place is maintained, protected and preserved for the long term. 

In addition, an esoteric shop will be established in the building. This will be completely separate from the association in organisational terms and will be run under transparent conditions. A lease agreement on standard market terms will be concluded between the shop and the ASBL for the use of the premises. 

After taxation, these revenues will flow directly into the association and will be used for the long-term maintenance of the temple, so that it does not remain permanently dependent on donations. 

Absolute clarity is important to us here: the donations are intended exclusively for the temple.
 Private or business activities will be borne entirely at one’s own expense.

The temple itself is intended to be a place of balance between giving and receiving. Visitors may, in accordance with their spiritual traditions, offer sacrifices such as food, drink or other gifts to their deities or ancestors, as has been practised in many ancient cultures for centuries.

This project is not just an idea; it is a responsibility that we have already taken upon ourselves.
The entire Axis Mundi community is actively working to make this vision a reality. 

Each of us is doing our bit and, according to our own means, donating a significant portion of our income directly to the fundraiser.

But we, too, are people with our own lives, families and responsibilities. Many of us are self-employed, and particularly in today’s economic climate, we cannot manage a project of this scale on our own.

However, we have already begun to do what we can:
To take the first step.

Now this vision needs more people who believe in it, people who are willing to come together to create something greater than ourselves.

For this temple will not be built by us alone.

It will be created by everyone who decides to become part of it.

By people like you.

We don’t expect anyone to donate large sums or make extraordinary sacrifices.
Even small contributions can make a big difference.

What helps us enormously is something very simple: help us reach more people.

Follow our social media pages, share our posts, tell your friends and family about this project, and spread the vision of the Axis Mundi Temple throughout the world.

Because sometimes something great begins with a single small act.

For example, if 100,000 people each contributed just one euro, we would already be a huge step closer to this sacred place. In a world with over eight billion people, this shows one thing above all: together, anything is possible.

Even if you book or purchase rituals, consultations or products from us, you automatically support the construction of the temple and, at the same time, receive something valuable for your own journey.

As a token of our gratitude, every person who donates will also be entered into Hecate’s Book by me, Ben Aidoneus, accompanied by a prayer for happiness, protection, success, strength and vitality. 

I share these entries transparently via our social media channels.

In addition to monetary donations, donations in kind for the altars of the various cultures and deities are also of enormous help to us. We have created wishlists for many of these altars, which are regularly updated and can also be viewed on our website.

It is important to us that this path remains one of give and take.

Every contribution – whether through donations, sharing, support or active participation – helps to make this temple a reality, step by step.

For the Axis Mundi Temple is not being built by just a few people.
It is being built by a community that believes together in something greater.

In just the first two weeks of this fundraiser (last update: 13 April 2026), over €5,600 has been raised. Every single contribution shows us that this vision resonates with people.
