My name is Marco; I was born in 1983 and have lived in the beautiful Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ever since I was born.
I come from a Portuguese family in which traditional ritual and folk magic has been practised for generations. These ancient traditions were not merely preserved in my family, but actively lived and passed down.
At the age of 16, I made a conscious decision to follow my deep connection to magic and to carry on the legacy of my ancestors. Over several months, I learnt in our village in Portugal from the elder practitioners of the community as well as from my grandmother, who taught me the traditional methods, prayers and rituals of our people.
Today, I work according to these handed-down traditions and devote myself particularly to spiritual healing and the removal of negative influences. This includes, amongst other things, the treatment of ailments such as “Cobranto” – headaches associated with magical attacks – “Cobrelo” (shingles), as well as the removal of the “Mau Olhado”, the so-called evil eye.
The focus of my practice lies in working with and devoting myself to the Orixás, various saints, as well as Exu and the Pomba Gira. For the past five years, working with the goddess Hecate has also been an integral part of my spiritual journey.
In addition to my ritual work, I also create magical tools and products, including ritual candles, magical powders, oils, spell jars and other spiritual aids that can support people in their own practice.
My work is deeply rooted in folk magic, spirituality and the traditions handed down by my ancestors – a practice based on experience, devotion and the knowledge of many generations.
My contribution to the construction of the Axis Mundi Temple.
As I have known Ben for several years now and regard him as a valued colleague, a trusted friend and a dedicated practitioner, it goes without saying that I wish to participate in this project and offer my support.
I will do my utmost to promote the construction of the Axis Mundi Temple to the best of my ability – whether by sharing the vision, supporting the initiative or through my own spiritual work.
My responsibilities also include the erection, consecration and channelling of the altars for the deities Yemayá & Hekate, the Pretos Velhos, Pomba Gira & the Exu Calveiras.
Each of these altars will be erected with great devotion and will serve as a spiritual anchor point for their respective energies.
Through collaboration, trust and a shared vision, a place is thus emerging step by step that combines spiritual practice, knowledge and tradition.
