My name is Aileen; I was born in 1987 and live near Dresden, Germany.

For many years now, I have had a deep interest in spirituality, inner processes and the deeper levels of our consciousness. In particular, working with hypnosis and consciousness work fascinated me from an early age and had a lasting impact on me, as it enables people to access hidden resources and inner clarity.

In 2024, I decided to pursue this path professionally. Since then, I have been supporting people of all ages on their personal journeys, particularly during challenging phases of life – in times of feeling overwhelmed, inner turmoil or personal crises.

My focus is on crisis management. When life feels difficult, thoughts won’t settle, emotions become overwhelming or one’s own sense of stability begins to waver, a safe space is needed where one can gather one’s thoughts and find their bearings again.

This is precisely the space I aim to create: a safe, non-judgemental place where people can reconnect with themselves, discover their inner strength and, step by step, build new stability.

I accompany this process with empathy, mindfulness and awareness – always with the aim of helping people regain confidence in themselves and their own path.
