My name is Thomas, I was born in 1986, and I live in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. 

For many years now, I have been deeply engaged with the connections between body, mind and energetic processes. My aim is to help people understand that many of life’s challenges do not arise solely from our thoughts, but often from the state of the entire system – physical, mental and energetic. 

Through my social media platforms, I share content that highlights precisely these connections. In doing so, I link different levels together and demonstrate how they can be practically applied in everyday life to achieve greater stability, clarity and self-regulation. 

My work is based on an integrative approach that combines physical, mental and energetic methods.

The key focus areas of my practice include: 

• functional and physiotherapeutic treatment
• Reiki as an energetic foundation
• Chakra work as a model for inner regulation
• Trance work and work with inner aspects

 In addition, I work with elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as forms of movement such as Qi Gong to specifically support physical and energetic processes and restore balance.

Archetypal systems also play a role in my work. I use runes and angels as structuring tools to make inner processes tangible and to work with them consciously.

I use tarot as a tool for reflection and analysis to reveal dynamics, better understand connections and make clearer decisions.

I do not follow any fixed religious tradition.

The focus of my work lies on practical application, self-regulation and a clearly structured approach that supports people in rediscovering their own resources and using them consciously.
